Will the photos look like me?
We use your selfies as references and run a likeness check on every photo before delivery. Flag any photo that does not look like you. If more than half of a paid order is flagged that way, you can get one free regeneration or a proportional refund — see our refund & redo policy.
What happens to my selfies?
Selfies are deleted automatically after 7 days and finished photos after 30 days. You can delete everything at any time from your account. Details are in the Privacy notice.
Do you train AI models on my face?
No. Your photos are only used to create your own headshots. We never use them to train general AI models.
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once per order.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, under the conditions in our refund & redo policy. Undownloaded paid orders can also be cancelled within 24 hours for a full refund.
