Terms of use

These Terms govern your use of Likeness Pro. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

• You must be 18 or older.
• You may only upload photos of yourself. No impersonation, no photos of other people without a lawful basis, and no sexual, illegal or abusive content.

The service

• We generate AI headshots from your selfies. Output is synthetic and labelled as AI-generated.
• Results vary. We run automated likeness and quality checks, but we do not guarantee every photo will meet your expectations.
• Delivery target for paid plans is about 30 minutes under normal load; busy periods may take longer.

Plans and payment

• Prices are shown in USD and charged via Stripe. Applicable sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout.
• Payment is one-time per order (no subscription unless a Teams product is later offered and accepted).

Licence to use the photos

Subject to payment (or a completed free preview) and these Terms, you get a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use your delivered headshots for personal and commercial profile use (for example LinkedIn, company websites, CVs). You may not claim the images are traditional photographs, resell our service, or use outputs to train competing AI systems.

Refunds and redos

Refunds and free regenerations are described in the Refund & redo policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer the service, overload it, bypass paywalls, or use it for unlawful discrimination or deepfake-style harm. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent allowed by UK law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Our aggregate liability for a paid order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
